Tinjauan Yuridis dalam Melaksanakan Good Governance berdasarkan Undang Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 di Kantor Kecamatan Sipirok

Abstract

Salah satu identifikasi pelaksanaan good governance adalah dengan terbitnya Undang-Undang No. 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara. Sebagai lokasi penelitian maka dipilih pe1aksanaan good governance di Kantor Kecamatan Sipirok Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian didasarkan keadaan dengan lahirnya Undang-Undang No. 5 Tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara, maka hal tersebut berarti adanya perubahan pola dan perilaku aparatur pemerintahan di Kecamatan Sipirok dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya di bidang pelayanan publik. As a research location, the implementation of good governance in the office was chosen Sipirok District, South Tapanuli Regency.
