dc.description.abstractBeton yang sudah dicetak setelah umur pengeringan 28 hari diberi perlakuan pembakaran pada temperatur I 00 C, 200 C, 300 C, 400 C, 500 C, 600 C, 700 C dan 800 C dengan waktu penahanan (holding time) 20 menit, 40 menit dan 60 menit untulc masing-masing temperatur. Setelah dilakukan pembakaran, beton didinginkan selama 24 jam dan dilakukan pengujian karakteristik sifat mekanik (kuat tekan) dan sifat fisis (porositas dan densitas) benda uji pada beton. Benda uji dibuat dengan komposisi campuran beton 1 semen : 2 pasir : 3 kerikil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada temperatur 500 ° C kuat tekan untulc waktu penahanan 20 menit adalah 20,637 MPa dan untulc waktu penahanan 40 menit adalah 18,509 MPa, data Porositas untulc waktu penahanan 20 menit adalah 8,6% dan untulc waktu penahanan 40 menit adalah 10, 7%, data Densitas untulc waktu penahanan 20 menit adalah 2.870 kg/m3 dan untulc waktu penahanan 40 menit adalah 2.850 kg/m3 mendekati hasil tipikal kuat tekan beton normal dengan tujuan pemakaian beton untulc perumahan. Sedangkan untulc waktu penahanan 60 menit kuat tekan yan~ dihasilkan adalah 15,541 MPa, porositas sebesar 13,2%, dan densitas sebesar 2.770 kg/m yang tidak memenuhi tipikal kuat tekan beton normal. Concrete that has been printed after the age of 28 days of drying the treated fuel at temperatures 100 C, 200 C, 300 C, 400 C, 500 C, 600 C, 700 C and 800 C with holdmg time (holding time) 20 minutes, 40 minutes and 60 minutes for each temperature. After the burning, concrete cooled for 24 hours and performed the test characteristics of the mechanical properties (compressive strength) and physical properties (porosity and density) in the concrete specimens. The specimens made with concrete composition 1 cement : 2 sand : 3 pebbles. Results showed that compressive strength at temperature 500° C for 20 minutes holding time is 20,637 MPa and holding time of 40 minutes is 18,509 MPa, porosity data for 20-minute detention time is 8. 6% and for 40 minutes holding time is 10. 7% , the data density for 20 minute detention time is 2.870 kglm3 and for the holding time of 40 minutes is 2.850 kg/m 3 approaching the typical compressive strength of normal concrete with the use of concrete for residential purposes. While for the 60-minute detention time yielded compressive strength is 15,541 MPa, the porosity of 13.2%, and density of 2.770 kg/m3 which do not meet the typical compressive strength of normal concrete.en_US
