dc.description.abstractDengan melihat kondisi konstruksi atau jalan yang semakin hari semakin rusak, sedangkan umur jalan belum sesuai rencana, kemungkinan terjadi kerusakan akibat beban berlebihan atau ketidaksesuaian campuran agregat dengan aspal. Untuk memperoleh perkerasan jalan memenuhi kualitas yang diharapkan, maka diperlukan pengetahuan tentang alam, perolehan dan pengolahan data. Dan bagaimana proses pembuatan campuran Aspal Beton dan untuk memperoleh kandungan aspal secara efisien dan ekonomis antar batu patumbak dan batu binjai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji perbandingannya campuran agregat yang kuat dapat mempengaruhi sifat-sifat aspal panas. Dengan tujuan . untuk menentukan rasio dan kualitas bahan yang akan digunakan dalam lapisan trotoar. Dari hasil analisis komposisi diperoleh agregat mendekati spesifikasi melalui eksperimen dengan komposisi Hotbin I (Fa) 55,00%, Hotbin II (MA) 31%, Hotbin III (CA) 15,00% di Batu Kali Patumbak dan Hot Bin 1 (FA) 55%, Hotbin II (MA) 30%, Hotbin Ill (CA) 15% pada Batu Kali Binjai, sifat-sifat campuran menurut karakteristiknya perencanaan yang telah ditetapkan dalam spesifikasi (kepadatan, stabilitas, aliran, VIM, VFB, dan VMA) memperoleh kadar aspal masing-masing 5,85% dan 5,90%. By viewing the construction or road conditions increasingly more damaged, while the age of the road has not been as planned, the possibility of the damage is due to excessive load or incompatibility of a mixture of aggregate with asphalt. To obtain pavement meet expected quality, it is necessary knowledge about the nature, acquisition and processing of data. And how the process of making a mix Asphalt Concrete and to obtain bitumen content is efficiently and economically between stone patumbak and stone binjai. The purpose of this study was to examine the comparison mixture of aggregates that can power affect the properties of the hot asphalt. With the aim . to determine the ratio and the quality of the material that was to be used in the lining of the pavement. From the results obtained by analysis of the composition of aggregate approaching specification by way of experimentation with composition Hotbin I (Fa) 55.00%, Hotbin II (MA) 31%, Hotbin III (CA) 15.00% at Batu Kali Patumbak and Hot Bin 1 (FA) 55%, Hotbin II (MA) 30%, Hotbin Ill (CA) 15% on Batu Kali Binjai, the properties of the mixture according to the characteristics of the planning that has been stipulated in the specifications (density, stability, flow, VIM, VFB, and VMA) obtained grade asphalt respectively 5.85% and 5.90%.en_US
