dc.description.abstract | PT. Djipta Rimba Jaya Medan merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Pabri.k Pengolahau Kayu Gelondongan dengan menggunakan parnakaian uap, dimana pemakaian uap tidak berfonnan dalam menguranb,ri beban manusia . Sesuai dengan pengertian ketel uap bahwa suatu unit mesin peralatan yang dapat menghasilkan uap dengan kapasi las besar secarn terus me11erus pada kondi si (tekanan dan temperatur) tertentu akibat pamanasan titik air bahan bakar. Di dalam ketel uap fluida yang digunakan adalah air karena air mudah di peroleh dirnana - mana dan jumlahnya banyak, air netral, air mengikuti tennodinamika dan air tidak beracun dan tidak terbakar. Maka tugas akhir ini berisikan mengenai perencanaan ketei uap jenis pipa air yang rnebputi pipa waterwall, pipa, bad.r. pass, pipa superheather, pipa APU, drum dan juga cerobong asap, perhitungan - perhitungan di da1am tugas akhir ini tidaklah secara mendetail. Selain perhitungan bagian - bagian utama ketel yang direncanakan skripsi ini juga memperhi.tungkan meagemi kebutuban bahan bakar, gas asap yang terbentuk dan juga mengenai ruang bakar. PT. Djipta Rimba Jaya Medan is a company which runs its business m the field of Log Processing factory usmg steam, in which the utilization of steam does not perform in decreasing human burden. According to the meaning of steam kettle, a unit of machine which can produce steam with a high capacity is continuously ma certain condition (pressure and temperature) as a result of the heating of water point of the fuel. In the steam kettle, the fluid used is water because water is easily obtainable everywhere in a high quantity, neutral water, water following thermodynamics, and non poisonous and non-flammable water. This final assignment contains the planning of steam kettle of ·water pipe type, including waterwall pipe, backpass pipe, superheater pipe, APU pipe, drum, and chimney. The calculations in this final assignment are nor in details. Besides the calculations of the planned main components of the kettle, this thesis also calculates the requirement of fuel, formulated smoke gas, and combustion space. | en_US |
