Perencanaan Thermosiphon Reboiler untuk Pemanas Minyak Goreng

Abstract

Alat penukar kalor merupakan bagian dari alat-alat industri kimia (bagian dari unit operasi). Alat ini memainkan peninan penting pada unit operasi tersebut. Hal itulah yang menjadi dasar penulis untuk merancang salasatu jenis alat penukar kalor yaitu thermosiphon reboiler. Thennosiphon reboiler pada industri kimia dan industri lainnya berfungsi sebagai pemanas air, minyak dan lain sebagainya dalam perencanaan ini penulis merancang alat pernanas ulang (thermosiphon reboiler) dengan tujuan perencanaan pemanasan kernbali terhadap minyak goreng jenis soybean oil. Walaupun minyak goreng sudah dipanaskan didalam tangki penampung minyak, namun minyak goreng tersebut belumdapat dipergunakan untuk menggoreng mie instanjika belum mencapai temperatur yang dibutuhkan. Disini therrnosiphon reboiler berfungsi memanaskan kembali minyak goring hingga temperatur tersebut. Thermosiphon reboiler yang penulis rancang berbentuk shell an tube, yaitu cangkang sebagai rumah dari susunan pipa-pipa dan tempat mengalirnya stem (uap air) sebagal pemanas sedangkan pipa-pipa itu sendiri tempat mcngalirnya minyak goreng yang akan dipanaskan. Tentu alat pemanas yang direncanakan tersebut tidak sederhana, demikian akan tetapi ada komponen-komponen pendukung lainnya seperti baffle (sekat), tube sheet (pelat tabung), gasket, nosel, pemisah al iran, penutup shell ( cangkang), dan yang lainnya yang termasuk komponen thermosiphon reboiler. The changer of tools heats is the part of the chemical industry (part of operation unit). The tools has an important role in operation unit it self that is why the writer plans one of the tools of heats which is called Thermosiphon Reboiler Thermosiphon reboiler in the other chemical industry has a function as warmer such . water, oil warmer etc. this planning the writer plans the re-warmer (thermosiphon reboiler) by facussing the re-warming-up to the type of soybean cooking oil. Althongh the cooking oil has been to be warm in the oil tank it is not able to be used to fry the noodle Instant if it has not reached the required temperature. The function of thermosiphon reboiler is to re wam1 the cooking oil up to required temperature Thermo siphon reboiler which the writer planning is shell and tube form that is cangkang as a place to flied the stem (uap air) as a warmer in the pipe it self. The place where the cooking oil will be warmed it is sure the warmer tools which is planned is not simple but there are components such as bofle, sheet, gasket, nosel and the otl1ers. The flooding separate of top shell etc. It is include of the thermos pen Recoiled components.
