dc.description.abstractPada tahun 1893 Dr. Rudolf Diesel. Menciptakan jenis motor bakar diesel. Didalam motor diesel biasanya juga disebut compression ignition engine terjadi proses penyalaan sendiri, yaitu karena bahan bakar disemprotkan kedalam silinder berisikan udara yang bertemperatur bertekanan tinggi. Mesin diesel ini merupakan mesin kalor yaitu suatu mesin mengubah energi panas menjadi energi mekanik, jika mesin diesel tsb digunakan untuk menggerakkan suatu generator, maka energi mekanik tersebut akan diubah menjadi energi listrik. Umumnya untuk jenis motor bakar diesel ini banyak digunakan untuk mesin alat be rat. Contohnya : Menggerakkan generator Lokomotif (Kereta Api) Kapa! Laut Dumb Truck Mesin Perkakas Pabrik Forklift Dll. Untuk motor bakar diesel ini kita dapat mengambil dari segi keuntungan dan klasifikasi kinerja motor ini lebih unggul dan ekonomis dibandingkan motor bensin ( otto engine). In the 1893 Dr. Rudolf Diesel, he invented one kind of diesel engine. In the diesel engine also called compression ignition engine usually it will work automatically, it can work because the fuel will be spray to the cylinder which is contain of a high air temperature. This diesel engine is a heat engine which is a kind of a machine and it can change heat energy to mechanic energy. If that diesel engine is used for operate the generator then that mechanic will b change to electric energy. Basically for this diesel engine are used for a heavy equipments, such as: Generator Locomotif Ship or boat Dumb Truck Engines for factory Porklift Etc, ... For this diesel engine we can take some advantage and the procedlire of this engine is more excellent and more economic than otto engine.en_US
