dc.description.abstractCerebral palsy (lumpuh otak) merupakan gangguan yang mempengaruhi gerakan postur tubuh. Adanya kasus yang beredar di tahun 2022 masyarakat dihebohkan dengan adanya sepasang suami istri yang membawa poster yang bertuliskan “Tolong Anakku Butuh Ganja Medis”. Tindakan tersebut dilakukan lantaran penyakit cerebral palsy (lumpuh otak) yang diyakini bahwa penggunaan ganja medis dapat memberikan pengobatan terhadap anaknya. Rumusan masalah yang diambil adalah: bagaimana Regulasi Kepastian Hukum terhadap penggunaan Ganja Medis untuk Pengobatan Cerebral palsy (lumpuh otak). Serta faktor-faktor yang menjadi penghambat dalam memberikan kepastian Hukum terhadap penggunaan Ganja Medis. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian hukum/normatif, yakni suatu proses penelitian ilmiah untuk menemukan kebenaran berdasarkan logika kelimuan dari sisi normatifnya. Hasil penelitian Regulasi Kepastian Hukum Terhadap Penggunaan Ganja Medis Untuk Pengobatan Cerebral Palsy (Lumpuh Otak). Indonesia masi melarang penggunaan ganja untuk keperluan medis. Hal ini didasarkan karena ganja di Indonesia memiliki kadar THC yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan CBD. Hal ini dapat mengganggu fungsi normal otak dan menyebabkan efek memabukkan tertentu. Proses melegalisasi ganja tidak sekedar menetapkan kebijakan, tetapi juga harus memperhatikan berbagai sektor secara komprehensif. Cerebral palsy (cerebral paralysis) is a disorder that affects body posture movements. There are cases circulating in the community in 2022 was shocked by the presence of a husband and wife who brought a poster written "Help My Child Needs Medical Marijuana". This action was carried out because of cerebral palsy (cerebral palsy) which is believed to be used Medical marijuana can provide treatment for children. Formulation of the problem What is taken is: how the Legal Certainty Regulations affect use Medical Marijuana for the Treatment of Cerebral Palsy (cerebral palsy). As well as factors which becomes an obstacle in providing legal certainty to use of Medical Marijuana. The type of research that will be used is research legal/normative, namely a process of scientific research to discover truth is based on logical logic from the normative side. Research result Regulation of Legal Certainty Regarding the Use of Medical Marijuana Cerebral Palsy (Cerebral Paralysis) Treatment. Indonesia still prohibits its use marijuana for medical purposes. This is based on marijuana in Indonesia has higher levels of THC than CBD. This can disrupts normal brain function and causes certain intoxicating effects. The process of legalizing marijuana is not just a policy, it is a must pay attention to various sectors comprehensively.en_US
