Abstract: Pembahasan skripsi ini adalah tentang keadaan pelaksanaan pengulangan suatu tindak pidana oleh kepolisian dalam hal mengungkap guna kepentingan suatu penyidikan di lingkungan Polsek Patumbak. Dalam mencari kebenaran yang hakiki para penegak bukum seperti hakim, jaksa dan polisi, khususnya para petugas Penyidik dan Penyidik Pembantu dari Kesatuan Reserse Kriminil, perlu melengkapi diri dengan Umu Kriminalistik. Kriminalistik menm.akan ilmu pengetahuan tentang penyidikan dan pengusutan suatu kejahatan, yang membantu aparat penegak hukum untuk menegakkan keadilan. The discussion of this thesis is about the circumstances of implementing a repetition criminal acts by the police in terms of disclosing the interests of a investigation at the Patumbak Police. In search of the ultimate truth law enforcers such as judges, prosecutors and police, especially investigative officers and Assistant Investigators from the Criminal Investigation Unit, need to equip themselves with General Criminalistics. Criminalistics is the science of investigation and investigating a crime, which helps law enforcement officials to uphold justice.
