Abstract: Kompor adalah perapian untuk memasak yang menggunakan minyak tanah, gas, atau listrik sebagai bahan bakar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mendapatkan nilai temperatur nyala api burner kompor SNI, (2) menghitung konsumsi bahan bakar, (3) memperoleh daya burner kompor SNI dan (4) analilis nilai efisiensi thermal burner kompor SNI. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Bahan uji yang digunakan yaitu gas lpg 3kg, air, bejana. Alat uji yang digunakan yaitu kompor masak SNI, burner kompor SNI, timbangan digital, rotameter flow meter udara control, regulator dan selang SNI, stopwatch, thermometer controller UT320D, thermometer NPT stainless, kabel thermocouple sensor. Hasil penelitian pada pengujian pertama ialah nilai rata-rata temperatur sumber api burner 559,005 ⁰ C, nilai minimum sumber api burner sebesar 35,9 ⁰ C, nilai maximal sumber api sebesar 589,2 ⁰ C, dan pada pengujian kedua ialah nilai rata-rata temperatur sumber api burner 714,78 ⁰ C, nilai minimum sumber api burner sebesar 30,5 ⁰ C, nilai maximal sumber api sebesar 769,3 ⁰ C, pada pengujian pertama di dapatkan nilai konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 0,391 kg, pada pengujian kedua di dapatkan nilai konsumsi bahan bakar sebesar 0,545 kg, pada pengujian pertama di dapatkan nilai daya burner sebesar 1,754 kW, pada pengujian kedua di dapatkan nilai daya burner sebesar 2,225 kW dan nilai efisiensi thermal burner kompor pada pengujian pertama sebesar 50,07 %, nilai efisiensi thermal burner kompor pada pengujian kedua sebesar 52,85 %. A stove is a cooking fireplace that uses kerosene, gas or electricity as fuel. The objectives of this research are (1) to obtain the flame temperature value of the SNI stove burner, (2) calculate fuel consumption, (3) obtain the power of the SNI stove burner and (4) analyze the thermal efficiency value of the SNI stove burner. The method used is a qualitative method. The test materials used were 3kg LPG gas, water, vessels. The test equipment used is a SNI cooking stove, a SNI stove burner, a digital scale, a control air flow meter rotameter, a SNI regulator and hose, a stopwatch, a UT320D thermometer controller, a stainless NPT thermometer, a thermocouple sensor cable. The results of the research in the first test were the average value of the burner flame source temperature of 559.005 ⁰ C, the minimum value of the burner flame source was 35.9 ⁰ C, the maximum value of the flame source was 589.2 ⁰ C, and in the second test the average value of the flame source temperature burner 714.78 ⁰ C, the minimum value of the burner flame source is 30.5 ⁰ C, the maximum value of the flame source is 769.3 ⁰ C, in the first test the fuel consumption value was obtained at 0.391 kg, in the second test the fuel consumption value was obtained at 0.545 kg, in the first test the burner power value was 1,754 kW, in the second test the burner power value was 2,225 kW and the stove burner thermal efficiency value in the first test was 50,07 %, the stove burner thermal efficiency value in the second test was 52,85 %.
