dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan perilaku compliance pada survivor penderita kanker leukimia dalam menjalani pengobatan kemoterapi serta mengembangkan perilaku yang dilakukan survivor selama pengobatan hingga sembuh. Kepatuhan pasien kanker dalam menjalani kemoterapi dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan dalam menjalani kemoterapi yaitu timbulnya efek samping kemoterapi, kondisi psikologis, gangguan konsep diri (gambaran diri), biaya, dan dukungan keluarga. (Gunawan et al., 2017). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan iv responden. Data dikiumpulkan berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara dandianalisis dengan dideskripsikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian studi kualitatif gambaran tentang penerimaan pasien awal terdiagnosa Gambaran Kepatuhan Pengobatan Kemoterapi Pada Survicor Kanker Leukimia Di Yayasan Onkologi Anak Medan didapatkan sembilan tema, yaitu penerimaan diri, respon pasca diagnosa, pengetahuan, upaya mencari kesembuhan, dukungan sosial, sumber informasi, komitmen, hambatan, dan harapan. Dalam penelitian ini semua tahapan dilalui oleh partisipan dan tiap tahapan selalu berurutan, namun bisa berbalik seiring perubahan psikologis partisipan. Partisipan dapat kembali lagi pada tahap penerimaan dengan fase yang berbeda-beda, hal ini terjadi pada semua partisipan. This research aims to describe the development of compliance behavior in survivors of leukemia cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment as well develop behavior that survivors carry out during treatment until they recover. Cancer patient compliance in undergoing chemotherapy can be influenced by factors internal and external. Internal factors that influence compliance in carrying out chemotherapy, namely the emergence of chemotherapy side effects, psychological conditions, disorders self-concept (self-image), costs, and family support. (Gunawan et al., 2017). The method used in the research was qualitative with iv respondents. Data collected based on the results of observations, interviews and analyzed with described. Based on the results of qualitative study research, an overview of acceptance Initial patient diagnosed Description of Adherence to Chemotherapy Treatment in Survicor Leukemia Cancer At the Medan Children's Oncology Foundation, nine themes were found, namely self-acceptance, post-diagnosis response, knowledge, efforts to seek healing, social support, sources of information, commitment, obstacles, and expectations. In research These are all stages that participants go through and each stage is always sequential, but it can be done reversed as participants' psychological changes. Participants can return to the next stage acceptance with different phases, this happened to all participants.en_US
