Abstract: Krisis ekonomi yang terjadi dalam era globalisasi ini, membuat persaingan bisnis semakin tajam, baik di pasar domestik (Nasional) maupun di pasar internasional (Global). Konsumen tetap ada walaupun dcngan daya beli yang semakin kecil, karenanya konsumen menjadi lebih kritis untuk melakukan pembelian atas produk yang mereka butuhkan. Oleh karena itu, untuk memenangkan persaingan, perusahaan harus mampu memberikan sesuatu yang baru kepada konsumen dan dapat membaca para sikap konsumen. The economic crisis that occurred in this era of globalization has made business competition increasingly sharp, both in the domestic market (National) and in the international market (Global). Consumers still exist even with increasingly smaller purchasing power, therefore consumers become more critical in making purchases of the products they need. Therefore, to win the competition, companies must be able to provide something new to consumers and be able to read consumer attitudes.
