Dengan demikian maka pembahasan akan dilakukan berdasarkan UndangUndang No. 23 Tahun 2004 tentahg Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. The discussion of this research basically discusses the legal consequences of the occurrence of criminal acts of abuse with the object being the family. Thus, the discussion will be carried out based on Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. |
