Abstract: | Produktivitas merupakan tujuan dari setiap organisasi apa pun, produktivitas adalah ukuran sejauh mana sumber-sumber daya alam, teknologi dan manusia di pergunakan dengan baik dapat mewujudkan hasil tertentu yang diinginkan. Secara singkat dapat dikatakan produktivitas adalah ukuran mengenai apa yang diperoleh dari apa yang diberikan, seberapa jauh masukan dapat menghasilkan keluaran baik kuantitatip maupun kualitatip sesuai dengan standar baku yang ditetapkan Productivity is the goal of any organization, productivity is a measure of the extent to which natural resources, technology and humans are used well to achieve certain desired results. In short, it can be said that productivity is a measure of what is obtained from what is given, how far input can produce output both quantitatively and qualitatively according to the established standard. |
