Perbedaan Kematangan Emosi pada Mahasiswa Fakultas EKonomi Universitas Medan Area ditinjau Dari Tipe Kepribadian Big Five

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untulc mengetahui perbedaan Kematangan Emosi pada Mahasiswa ditinjau dari Tipe Kepribadian Big Five di Fakultas Ekonomi Manajemen B. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ialah ada perbedaan Kematangan Emosi ditinjau dari Tipe Kepribadian Big Five. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 163 Mahasiswa yang berkuliah di Fakultas Ekonomi Manajemen B Universitas Medan Area. Kepada responden diberikan dua skala yaitu skala Kematangan Emosi yang bertujuan untulc melihat seberapa tinggi Kematangan Emosi dan skala Big Five bertujuan untulc mengetahui kecenderungan kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh responden. This study aims to determine the differences in Emotional Maturity in Students viewed from the Big Five Personality Types at the Faculty of Economics and Management B. The hypothesis in this study is that there are differences in Emotional Maturity viewed from the Big Five Personality Types. The sample of this study was 163 students studying at the Faculty of Economics and Management B, Medan Area University. Respondents were given two scales, namely the Emotional Maturity scale which aims to see how high the Emotional Maturity is and the Big Five scale aims to determine the personality tendencies of the respondents.
