Salak pondoh (Salacca edulis Reinw cv pondoh) is a plant native to Indonesia and salak fruit has quite high value and is liked by many consumers in Indonesia. However, the quality of salak fruit can decrease due to damage caused by plant pathogens suchas fungi (fungi). This can of course result in the salak fruit being unfit for consumption because it has been damaged. From the results of the research carried out, it was found that there are three types of diseases that attack salak fruit plant swhich are caused by fungi, namely brown leaf spot disease caused by the fungus Pestalotia sp with an attack intensity of 42%-54%, stem rot disease caused by the fungus Corticium salmonicolor with an intensity of attack by 26%-30% , and fruit rot disease caused by the fungus Chalaropsis sp with attack intensity of 20%-23%. The cause of fungal disease attacks on salak pondoh plants is due to the environmental conditions around salak pondoh plants, where the conditions around the salak pondoh plants are very humid due to the rainy season, making it easier for fungi to reproduce.en_US
