Abstract: | Irfan Abdillah Nasution, Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Desain Hidropoik Deep Flow Technique (DFT) Dan Interval Waktu Aliran Nutrisi Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L)”. Dibimbing oleh Bpk Dr. Ir. Syahbudin Hasibuan, M.Si. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jl. Pancasila, Kecamatan Medan Denai, Kota Medan, Sumatra Utara dengan ketinggian tempat 2,5 – 37,5 m di atas permukaan laut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman pakcoy terhadap pengaplikasian desain hidroponik dan interval aliran nutrisi yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial 2 faktor. Faktor pertama merupakan 2 jenis desain : D1 : Desain Meja, D2 : Desain Anak Tangga. Faktor kedua ialah Interval aliran nutrisi yang terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu A1 : Pengaliran nutrisi selama 12 jam (07.00 WIB – 19.00 WIB) dan A2 : Pengaliran nutrisi selama 24 jam (Nonstop). Parameter yang diamati adalah Laju Pertumbuhan Relatif, Biomassa , Indeks Luas Daun, Jumlah Daun, Dan Warna daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan desain hidroponik dan interval waktu aliran nutrisi berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter Biomassa, penggunaan Interval aliran nutrisi berpengaruh nyata pada parameter Warna Daun, sedangkan parameter Laju Pertumbuhan Relatif, Indeks Luas Daun dan Jumlah Daun tidak berpengaruh nyata pada penggunaan Desain Dan Interval Aliran nutrisi pada pertumbuhan dan produksi pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L). Supervised by Mr. Dr. Ir. Syahbudin Hasibuan, M.Si. This research was conducted at Jl. Pancasila, Medan Denai District, Medan City, North Sumatra with an altitude of 2.5 - 37.5 m above sea level. This study aims to determine the effect of growth and production of pakcoy plants on the application of hydroponic design and different nutrient flow intervals. This study used a 2-factor factorial Randomized Group Design (RAK). The first factor is 2 types of design: D1 : Table Design, D2: Ladder Design. The second factor is the nutrient flow interval which consists of 2 levels, namely A1: Nutrient flow for 12 hours (07.00 WIB - 19.00 WIB) and A2: Nutrient flow for 24 hours (non-stop). The parameters observed were Relative Growth Rate, Biomass, Leaf Area Index, Number of Leaves, and Leaf Chlorophyll. The results showed that the use of hydroponic design and nutrient flow time intervals had a significant effect on biomass parameters, the use of nutrient flow intervals had a significant effect on leaf color parameters, while the parameters of relative growth rate, leaf area index and number of leaves had no significant effect on the use of design and nutrient flow intervals on the growth and production of pakcoy (Brassica chinensis L). |
