Abstract: Penggunaan limbah solid sebagai pengganti pupuk kimia yang selama ini belum banyak dimanfaatkan oleh petani. Pupuk kompos ini merupakan pupuk organik yang diperuntukkan bagi semua jenis tanaman. Upaya dalam mengefisiensi penggunaan pupuk organik dapat dikombinasikan dengan pupuk hayati. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dosis terbaik kombinasi pemberian kompos limbah solid pabrik kelapa sawit dan PGPR terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays saccharata Sturt). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu : Perlakuan kompos limbah solid parbik kelapa sawit terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu : K0 = kontrol (tanpa pemberian kompos limb ah solid kelapa sawit). K1= kompos limbah solid pabrik kelapa sawit dosis 10 ton/ha (1,8 kg/plot). K2= kompos limbah solid pabrik kelapa sawit dosis 20 ton/ha (3,6 kg/plot). K3= kompos limbah solid pabrik kelapa sawit dosis 30 ton/ha (5,4 kg/plot). Perlakuan PGPR terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu : P0= kontrol (tanpa pemberian PGPR). P1= PGPR dengan konsentrasi 2% (20 ml/liter air) P2= PGPR dengan konsentrasi 4% (40 ml/liter air). P3= PGPR dengan konsentrasi 6% (60 ml/liter air) Beradasarkan hasil penelitian Pemberian kompos limbah solid pabrik kelapa sawit tidak berbeda nyata terhadap panjang tongkol, dan berat tongkol dengan klobot per plot, namun berbeda sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan luas daun. Pemberian PGPR berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, luas daun, panjang tongkol, dan berat tongkol dengan klobot per plot. Perlakuan P3 (konsentrasi 6%) menghasilkan berat tongkol dengan klobot per plot terberat. Pemberian kombinasi kompos limbah solid pabrik kelapa sawit dan PGPR berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah daun, luas daun, panjang tongkol, dan berat tongkol dengan klobot per plot, namun tidak berbeda nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman umur 7 MST. Perlakuan K3P3 (kompos 30 ton/ha dan 6% PGPR) menghasilkan berat tongkol dengan klobot per plot terberat. The use of solid waste as a substitute for chemical fertilizers has not been widely used by farmers so far. This compost is an organic fertilizer intended for all types of plants. Efforts to efficiently use organic fertilizers can be combined with biological fertilizers. The purpose of this study was to determine the best dose of the combination of palm oil mill solid waste compost and PGPR on the growth and production of sweet corn (Zea mays saccharata Sturt). This research was conducted using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) which consisted of 2 factors, namely: The treatment of palm oil solid waste compost consisted of 4 levels, namely: K0 = control (without adding palm oil solid waste compost). K1 = palm oil mill solid waste compost dose of 10 tonnes/ha (1.8 kg/plot). K2 = palm oil mill solid waste compost dose of 20 ton/ha (3.6 kg/plot). K3 = palm oil mill solid waste compost dose of 30 tonnes/ha (5.4 kg/plot). The PGPR treatment consisted of 4 levels, namely: P0 = control (without giving PGPR). P1= PGPR with a concentration of 2% (20 ml/liter of water) P2= PGPR with a concentration of 4% (40 ml/liter of water). P3 = PGPR with a concentration of 6% (60 ml/liter of water) Based on the results of the study The composting of palm oil mill solid waste was not significantly different on cob length, and cob weight and husks per plot, but significantly different on plant height, number of leaves, and leaf area. The application of PGPR had a very significant effect on plant height, number of branches, leaf area, cob length, and cob weight with husks per plot. P3 treatment (6% concentration) produced the heaviest cob weight per plot. The application of a combination of palm oil mill solid waste compost and PGPR had a significant effect on the number of leaves, leaf area, cob length, and cob weight with husks per plot, but was not significantly different on plant height at 7 WAP. The K3P3 treatment (compost 30 tons/ha and 6% PGPR) produced the heaviest weight of cobs per plot.
