Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja perawat.Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja perawat. Subjek penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 50 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala disiplin kerja dan kinerja dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Pengolahan data penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik Korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya korelasi sebesar 0,865 dengan p=0,000 < 0,050 hal ini berarti hal ini berarti ada korelasi positif yang signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan kinerja Perawat ICU dan Perawat IGD di RSUD dr. H. Yuliddin Away Kabupaten Aceh Selatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan “diterima”. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi disiplin kerja, maka semakin tinggi kinerja, sebaliknya semakin rendah disiplin kerja, maka semakin rendah kinerja. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut adalah sebesar R²= 749, artinya disiplin kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap kinerja sebesar 74,9% sedangkan sisanya (25,1%) ditentukan oleh faktor lain dalam penelitian ini yang tidak diteliti. This study aim to determined the correlation between work discipline and nurse performance.The hypothesized put forward in this study was that there is a positive correlation between work discipline and nurse performance. The sample taken as many as 50 people. The sampling technique used total sampling. Measuring tool used is the scale of work discipline and performance using a Likert scale model. The processed of this research data used the Product Moment Correlation technique from Pearson. The result showed that there was a correlation of 0.865 with p=0.000 <0.050. This mean that there was a significant positive correlation between work discipline and the performance of ICU Nurses and Emergency Room Nurses at dr. H. Yuliddin Away South Aceh District. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis declared "accepted". This mean that the higher work discipline, the higher the performance, conversely the lower the work discipline, the lower the performance. The coefficient of determination of this correlation is R² = 749, meaning that work discipline made an effective contribution to performanced by 74.9% while the rest (25.1%) is determined by other factors in this study which were not examined.
