Analisis Kebijakan Pupuk Subsidi terhadap Kepuasan Petani di Desa Tanjung Rejo Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Tujuan Penlitian ini untuk mengetahui kebijakan pupuk subsidi terhadap kepuasan petani di Kabupaten Deli Serdang, penelitian ini mengambil tempat Desa Tanjung Rejo Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Bentuk penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, Populasi dalam penelitian adalah seluruh petani padi pada yang ada pada Desa Tanjung Rejo Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan, Kabupaten Deli Serdang sebanyak 2288 petani, sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik slovin dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 orang, teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah, Nilai konstanta sebesar 30.074 menunjukkan nilai konstanta yang positif, artinya jika Harga Pupuk Subsidi, Waktu Penyaluran Pupuk, Tempat Penyaluran dan Jumlah Pupuk tidak mengalami perubahan atau sama dengan 0 maka akan menaikkan kepuasan petani sebesar 30.074%, Uji secara parsial menunjukkan Jumlah Pupuk, Harga Pupuk Subsidi, dan Waktu Penyaluran Pupuk memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan petani hal ini dikarenakan nilai sig < 0.05, Tempat Penyaluran tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan petani hal ini menunjukkan jika petani tidak mendapatkan pupuk subsidi mereka akan mencari alternatif lain, Nilai R Square sebesar 0.543 atau 54.3% artinya dalam penelitian ini Jumlah Pupuk, Harga Pupuk Subsidi, Tempat Penyaluran, Waktu Penyaluran Pupuk memberikan kontribusi sebesar 54.3% terhadap kepuasan petani. The purpose of this research is to determine the fertilizer subsidy policy on farmer satisfaction in Deli Serdang Regency. This research took place in Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency. The form of this research is quantitative descriptive. The population in the research is all rice farmers in Tanjung Rejo Village, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, there are 2288 farmers, the sample used is the slovin technique with a sample size of 100 people, the data analysis technique used in the research is multiple linear regression analysis, the results of this research are, the constant value is 30.074 shows a positive constant value, meaning that if the Subsidized Fertilizer Price, Fertilizer Distribution Time, Distribution Place and Fertilizer Amount do not change or are equal to 0 then it will increase farmer satisfaction by 30.074%. The partial test shows the Amount of Fertilizer, Subsidized Fertilizer Price, and The timing of fertilizer distribution has an influence on farmer satisfaction, this is because the sig value is <0.05, the distribution location has no influence on farmer satisfaction. This shows that if farmers do not get fertilizer subsidies they will look for other alternatives. The R Square value is 0.543 or 54.3%, meaning that in the research The amount of fertilizer, price of subsidized fertilizer, location of distribution, time of distribution of fertilizer contributes 54.3% to farmer satisfaction.
