dc.description.abstract | Motivasi belajar adalah kondisi psikologis yang timbul pada diri seseorang baik secara sadaratau tidak sadar yang dapat menyebabkan seseorang tergerak melakukan kegiatan belajar karena ingin mencapai tujuan yang dikehendakinya. Peningkatan motivasi belajar dipengaruhi oleh beberapa aspek, salah satunya adalah kemampuan yang dimiliki siswa seperti kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Kemarnpuan rnemecahkan masalah tersebut memberikan pengaruh positif dalam mernbentuk motivasi belajar. Kemampuan pemecahan masalah (problem solving) merupakan salah satu kornpetensi yang ingin dicapai dalam proses pendidikan. Mernecahkan masalah adalah kemampuan mernperoleh cara untuk dapat rnenyelesaikan suatu masalah yang memerlukan pemikiran, yang bukan hanya sekedar menerapkan aturanaturan yang diketahui, tetapi memerlukan pernakaian aktivitas intelektual (Pestel dalam Sujaryanto, 2011) Berciasarkan hasil analisis dengan Metode Analisis Korelasi Product Moment, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kemampuan memecahkan masalah dengan motivasi belajar. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan signifikan antara kemampuan memecahkan rnasalah dengan motivasi belajar, dimana rxy = 0,737 ; p= 0.000< 0,010. Artinya semakin tinggi Kemampuan Memecahkan Masalah, maka semakin tinggi Motivasi Belajar. Berdasarkan hasil ini, maka hipotesis yang telah diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Sumbangan efektif kemampuan memecahkan masalah terhadap motivasi belajar sebesar 43.5 %. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan yang telah dilakukan mengenai mean hipotetik dan mean empiric, maka diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian memiliki kemarnpuan memecahkan masalah yang tinggi, dimana mean hipotetik 15.000 dan mean empirik 17.400. Kemudian untuk variabel motivasi belajar mean hipotetiknya tergolong tinggi, dimana mean hipotetik 115.000 dan mean empirik 137.500. Learning motivation is a psychological condition that built in individual self either be or not aware that cause anyone to do the learning activity in order to achieve the desire goal. The increasing of learning motivation is influenced any aspect. One of them is competency of sh1dent in problem solving. Competency in problem solving has a positive influence in build a learning motivation. Competency in problem solving is one of competency will achieved ill educa.tionaJ process. Problen_1 solving _is cornpete11cy in have a method in solve any problems that need thinking that did not only by the application of known method, but need application of intellectual activity (Pesteldalam Sujaryanto, 2011). Based on the results of analysis by Product Moment Con-elation Analysis Method, i.t known that there is a signiJicant positive con-elation between the competency in problem solving and the learning motivation. Th.is indicated by the significant between the competency in problem solving and learning motivation in whjch rxy = 0.737; p = -0.000 < 0.010. It means the higher of competency in problem solving, the higher of learning motivation. Based on this results, the submitted hypothesis in this research is accepted . The effective connibution of competency in problem solving to the learning motivation is 43 .5%. Based on the calculation on hypothetic and empirical means, the subject of research has a higher competency in problem solving, in which the hypothetic mean is 15.000 and empirical mean is 17.400. And for the learning motivation vari_able, the hypothetic means is lower in which the hypothetic mean is 115 .000 and empirical mean is 137.500. | en_US |
