dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hub1rngan emotional quotient dan adversity quotient secara bersamaan dengan stres kerja karyawan retail di Pertamina Patra Niaga. Sampel penelitian merupakan sample jenuh, sebesar 100 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala stres kerja, emotional quotient dan adversity quotient. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi berganda dengan hasiil sebagai berikut: 1 )ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara emotional quotient dengan stress kerja karyawan, dengan rxy = 0,673 dan p <0,05 dengan sumbangan efektif 45,2%. 2) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara adversity quotient dengan stress kerja karyawan, dengan rxy = 0,622 dan p <0,05 dengan sumbangan efektif 38,7%. 3) ada hubungan positif yang signifikan · antara emotional quotient dan diversity quotientdengan stress kerja karyawan, dimana rxy = 0,753 dan p <0,05 dengan surnbangan efektif sebesar 56,7%. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi emotional quotient (EQ) dan adversity quotient (AQ) maka stress kerja akan terkontrol dengan baik. Sebaliknya, jika emotional quotient (EQ) dan adversity quotient (AQ) rendah, maka stress kerja karyawan tidak terkontrol dengan baik. The purpose of this study was to look at the correlation of emotional quotient and adversity quotient simultaneously with work stress of retail employees in Pertamina Patra Niaga. The research sample is saturated sample, amounting to 100 employees. The method of data collection uses a scale of work stress, emotional quotient and adversity quotient. The data analysis technique uses multiple correlation analysis with the following result: 1) there is a positive relationship between emotional quotient and employe work stress, with y 0, 67 3 and p < 0,05 with an effective contribution of 45,2%, 2) there is a significant positive relationship between adversity quotient and employee work stress, with RXY = 0, 622 and p<O, 05with effective contribution of 56, 7%. This means that the · higher the emotional quotient (EQ)and Adversity Quotient (AQ), the work stress will bw well controlled Conversely, if Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Adversity Quotient (AQ) are low, then employee work stress is not well controlleden_US
