Abstract: | Perkembangan dunia konsumen kini ditandai oleh dua hal yang penting, perdagangan bebas dan pesatnya teknologi informasi. Dampak tersebut yaitu Positif maupun negatif, Kedua aspek ini satu sama lain memerikan dampak besar pada dunia. Dampak positifnya, seluruh bangsa dan masyarakat memiliki banyak pilihan karena banyaknya inovasi pelaku usaha untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen. The development of the consumer world is now marked by two important things, free trade and rapid information technology. The impacts are both positive and negative. Both aspects have a major impact on the world. The positive impact is that all nations and communities have many choices because of the many innovations of business actors to meet consumer needs. |
