Pengaruh Sistem Informasi Manajemen terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Astra International Tbk Toyota Auto 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem informasi manajemen terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Astra International, Tbk (Toyota) AUTO 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap dari kantor PT. Astra International, Tbk (Toyota) AUTO 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan yang terdiri dari tiga divisi dan seluruhnya berjumlah sebanyak 160 orang. Pengarnbi1an sampel penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tehnik proportional cluster random sampling, dimana sampling ini diperoleh tidak dengan memilih secara satu per satu unit sap1pel. Jumlah sampel minimal yang harus dipenuhi dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 orang. Jumlah ini direncanakan akan dipenuhi dengan memilih secara acak individu per individu dari setiap cluster Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis yang dipergunakan adalah uji statistic yang menggunakan analisa regresi linier sederhana dengan menggunakan Sofware SPSS for 17.00. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of management information systems on employee performance at PT. Astra International, Tbk (Toyota) AUTO 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan. This type of research is associative. The population in this study were permanent employees of the office of PT. Astra International, Tbk (Toyota) AUTO 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan which consisted of three divisions and a total of 160 people. The sampling of this study was carried out using the proportional cluster random sampling technique, where this sampling was obtained not by selecting one by one the sample units. The minimum number of samples that must be met in this study is 80 people. This number is planned to be met by randomly selecting individuals from each cluster. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis technique used was a statistical test using simple linear regression analysis using SPSS for 17.00 software.
