Abstract: | Pesatnya kemajuan yang dicapai umat manusia di bidang teknologi dan ilmu pemerintahan serta lajunya pertumbuhan penduduk mengakibatkan ekploitasinya Sumber Daya Manusia yang berlebihan semangkin meningkatnya kebutuhan manusia dituntut akan pentingnya, kebersihan lingkungan agar meningkatkan kesehatan sesuai dengan tujuan pemerintah. Permasalahan yang diajukan adalah bagaimana peran pemerintah memasyarakatkan kebersihan iingkungan di Kecamatan Lubuk Pakam Kabupaten Deli Serdang The rapid progress achieved by mankind in the field of technology and government science and the rapid population growth have resulted in excessive exploitation of Human Resources, increasing human needs are demanded for the importance of environmental cleanliness in order to improve health in accordance with government goals.
