dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini berjudul analisis pengaruh faktor produksi dan faktor konsumsi terhadap harga cabai merah di Sumatera Utara, menganalisis tentang pengaruh luas panen, jumlah produksi, jumlah pengeluaran konsumsi dan jumlah penduduk sebagai variabel independen terhadap harga cabai merah di Sumatera Utara sebagai variabel dependen. Bentuk penelitian ini analisa deskriftif dengan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan membentuk sebuah persamaan regresi linear berganda dan pengolahan data statistik menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa secara simultan semua variabel bebas (Juas panen, jumlah produksi, jumlah pengeluaran konsumsi dan jumlah penduduk) memberikan pengaruh terhadap harga cabai merah di Sumatera Utara, namun secara parsial hanya variabel jumlah produksi dan jumlah pengeluaran konsumsi yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga cabai merah di Sumatera Utara. This study is entitled analysis of the influence of production factors and consumption factors on the price of red chili in North Sumatra, analyzing the influence of harvest area, production volume, consumption expenditure volume and population as independent variables on the price of red chili in North Sumatra as a dependent variable. This research is a descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach method by forming a multiple linear regression equation and statistical data processing using SPSS 20. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously all independent variables (harvest volume, production volume, consumption expenditure volume and population) have an effect on the price of red chili in North Sumatra, but partially only the variables of production volume and consumption expenditure volume have a significant effect on the price of red chili in North Sumatra.en_US
