Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuJc menguji hubungan antara perubahan manajemen dengan job insecurity (ketidakamanan kerja) pada karyawan. Subjek penelitian adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT.Perkebunan Nusantara III Sei Karang. Teknik pengambi)an sampel daJam penditian ini menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Sampel daJam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 orang karyawan. Adapun pengumpulan data dalam penelitian menggunakan skaJa. Skala yang digunakan ada dua yaitu skala job insecurity dan skala perubahan manajemen. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis jalur (path analisis). This study aims to examine the relationship between management changes and job insecurity in employees. The subjects of the study were employees working at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Sei Karang. The sampling technique in this study used the Random Sampling technique. The sample in this study was 54 employees. The data collection in the study used a scale. There are two scales used, namely the job insecurity scale and the management change scale. The data analysis method used was path analysis.
