| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan burnout perawat ditinjau dari usia dewasa dini dan dewasa madya. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan burnout perawat ditinjau dari usia dewasa dini dengan perawat usia dewasa madya. This study aims to determine the differences in nurse burnout in terms of early adulthood and middle adulthood. The hypothesis proposed in this study is that there are differences in nurse burnout in terms of early adulthood and middle adulthood nurses. |
