Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan psychological well-being pada pegawai Kantor Desa Sidodadi Ramunia. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 85 pegawai dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment (rxy = 0,567 dengan p = 0,000) artinya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan psychological well-being pada pegawai Kantor Desa Sidodadi Ramunia, yang menunjukkan semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin tinggi psychological wellbeing pada pegawainya. Dukungan sosial pada pegawai Kantor Desa Sidodadi Ramunia tergolong tinggi karena mean empirik (84,65) > mean hipotetik (72,5) dimana selisihnya lebih besar dari bilangan SD (6,356). Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut (BE% = 31%) artinya dukungan sosial memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap psychological well- being. This study aimed to cramine the correlation berwvern sociul support and psyehalogical wcll-being among employees at the Sidodadi Ramunia Village Office The research was conducled using a quantitative approach with a correlational method. The sumple consisted of 85 employees, wha were selecied through a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the product-moment correlation rechnique (rry - 0.567 with p = 0.000), wwhich indicated a positive and significant correlation between social support and psychological well-being among the employees. This suggested that the higher the social support, the higher the psychological well-being of the employees. Social support among employees at the Sidodadi Ramunia Village Office was considered high, as the empirical mean (84,65) was greater than the hypothetical mean (72.5), with the difference exceeding the standard deviation (SD = 6.356). The coefficient of determination for this correlation (BE%= 31) indicated that social support contributed effectively to psychological well-being. |
