dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan konflik peran ganda dengan fear of success pada karyawan wanita di PT. Sintong Abadi Asahan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 42 karyawan wanita yang sudah menikah dan sudah memiliki anak. Pengambilan data menggunakan skala konflik peran ganda dan fear of success. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Korelasi product moment 𝑟𝑥𝑦 = 0,675 dengan signifikan p = 0,0000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menyatakan terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara konflik peran ganda dengan fear of success, yang menunjukkan semakin tinggi konflik peran ganda maka semakin tinggi pula fear of success, dan sebaliknya semakin rendah konflik peran ganda maka semakin rendah pula fear of success. sehingga hipotesis diterima. Dalam penelitian ini konflik peran ganda berkontribusi sebesar 39,3% terhadap munculnya fear of success. This study aimed to examine the correlation belween dual role conflict and fear of success among female employees at PT. Sintong Abadi Asahan. The sampling lechnique used was purposive sampling, with a sample of 42 married female employees with children. Data collection was conducted using scales measuring dual role conflict and fear of success. The results, analyzed using the productmoment correlation, indicated a significant positive correlation frxy =0.675,p=0.0000< 0.05). These findings suggested a significant positive correlation betwveen dual role conflict and fear of success, indicating that higher levels of dual role conflict are associated with higher levels of fear of success, and conversely, lower levels of dual role conflict were associated with lower levels of fear of success. Therefore, the hypothesis was accepted. In this study, dual role conflict contributes 39.3% to the emergence of fear of success.en_US
