dc.description.abstract | Kinerja guru anak usia dini saat ini banyak yang bermasalah dalam melaksanakan layanan pembelajaran. Kinerja guru anak usia dini tentu dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dan dukungan sosial dengan kinerja guru PAUD. Penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian kuantitatif bersifat asosiatif kausal. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 153 orang guru PAUD yang tersebar dalam 16 kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Karo. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan skala penelitian yang dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Ada hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dengan kinerja guru. Dari hasil analisis statistik ditemukan koefisien korelasi rx1y adalah sebesar 0.262 dengan p < 0.05, ini berarti bahwa tinggi rendahnya kesejahteraan psikologis yang dilimiliki guru akan dapat meningkatkan atau menurunkan kinerjanya. (2) Ada hubungan antara dukungan sosial dengan kinerja guru. Dari hasil analisis statistik ditemukan bahwa koefisien korelasi rx2y adalah sebesar 0,572 dengan p < 0.05, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa banyak tidaknya dukungan sosial yang diterima guru akan dapat meningkatkan atau menurunkan kinerjanya. (3) Ada hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dan dukungan sosial dengan kinerja guru. Dari hasil analisis statistik ditemukan bahwa koefisien F reg = 28.539 dengan p < 0.05, dan koefisien korelasi R = 0.593 dengan p < 0.05 dan R2 = 0.352. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesejahteraan psikologis dan dukungan sosial secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, kontribusi keduanya dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru adalah sebesar 35.2% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 64,8 % dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar variabel yang diajukan dalam penelitian. The performance of early childhood teachers (PAUD teachers) currently has many problems in implementing learning services. The performance of early childhood teachers is certainly influenced by many factors. This study aims to analyze and determine the relationship between psychological well-being and social support with the performance of PAUD teachers. This research is included in the quantitative associative causal research. The sample for this study was 153 PAUD teachers spread across 16 sub-districts in Karo District. Research data was collected using a research scale that was declared valid and reliable. Technical data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that (1) there is a relationship between psychological well-being and teacher performance. From the results of statistical analysis it was found that the correlation coefficient rx1y was 0.262 with p <0.05, this means that the level of psychological well-being possessed by the teacher will be able to increase or decrease his performance. (2) There is a relationship between social support and teacher performanceFrom the results of statistical analysis it was found that the correlation coefficient rx2y was 0.572 with p <0.05, thus it can be concluded that the amount of social support received by teachers will be able to increase or decrease their performance. (3) There is a relationship between psychological well-being and social support with teacher performance. From the results of statistical analysis it was found that the coefficient F reg = 28.539 with p < 0.05, and the correlation coefficient R = 0.593 with p < 0.05 and R2 = 0.352. Thus it can be concluded that psychological well-being and social support jointly affect teacher performance, the contribution of both in improving teacher performance is 35.2% while the remaining 64.8% can be explained by other variables outside the variables proposed in the study. | en_US |
