dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Fajar Agung, sebuah perusahaan perkebunan yang memproduksi kelapa sawit dan lateks dari tanaman karet. PT. Fajar Agung telah menyediakan fasilitas yang memadai bagi karyawannya, seperti rumah tinggal, tempat ibadah, sarana pendidikan, fasilitas olahraga, dan pos keamanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem premi panen yang diterapkan di perusahaan tersebut dan hubungannya dengan produktivitas, kepuasan, serta pendapatan karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli di Desa Bengabing, Kecamatan Pegajahan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai, dengan menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden berusia 31-40 tahun (42,4%), berpendidikan SMA (67,8%), dan memiliki pengalaman kerja lebih dari 15 tahun (30,51%). Sistem premi panen yang diterapkan di PT. Fajar Agung terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan produktivitas, kepuasan, dan pendapatan karyawan. This study was conducted at PT. Fajar Agung, a plantation company that produces palm oil and latex from rubber plants. PT. Fajar Agung provides adequate facilities for its employees, including housing, places of worship, educational facilities, sports facilities, and security posts. The study aims to analyze the harvest premium system implemented at the company and its relationship with employee productivity, satisfaction, and income. The research was conducted in July in Bengabing Village, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, using primary and secondary data. The results show that the majority of respondents are aged 31-40 years (42.4%), have a high school education (67.8%), and have more than 15 years of work experience (30.51%). The harvest premium system implemented at PT. Fajar Agung positively impacts employee productivity, satisfaction, and income.en_US
