dc.description.abstract | Tekanan press pada screw press sangat berhubungan dengan minyak yang ikut terbuang pada ampas pressan dan umur pemakaian mesin screw press. Perhitungan tekanan pada screw press dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak minyak yang ikut terbuang pada ampas presan, dan lama pemakaian pada mesin screw press. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk menghitung dan membandingkan besar tekanan pada mesin screw press menggunakan data lapangan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP), dan menghitung banyaknya minyak yang terbuang pada ampas pressan serta umur mesin screw press. Metodologi pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan observasi, pengumpulan data dari lapangan dan melakukan analisis data. Perhitungan penelitian ini menggunakan metode Quality Control dengan minyak yang ikut terbuang pada ampas mesin screw press 1 dan 2 sebesar 4,30%, press 3 sebesar 4,38%, press 4 sebesar 4,37%. Untuk tekanan pada mesin screw press sebesar 45- 50 bar, suhu ampas 95°C, dengan lama pemakaian worm dan screw press selama 2190 jam. Dari data diatas maka hasil tekanan yang optimal adalah pada mesin screw press 1 dan 2 dengan oil losses sebanyak 4,30%, tekanan 45-50 bar dan lama pemakaian pada mesin screw press selama 2190 jam. The press pressure on the screw press is closely related to the amount of oil lost in the pressed residue and the lifespan of the screw press machine. Calculating the pressure on the screw press is essential to determine how much oil is lost in the pressed residue and to estimate the machine's lifespan. The purpose of this study was to calculate and compare the pressure on the screw press machine using field data and the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), as well as to calculate the amount of oil lost in the pressed residue and the lifespan of the screw press machine. The methodology for data collection involved observation, field data collection, and data analysis. The calculations in this study used the Quality Control methd, with oil losses in the pressed residue of screw press machines 1 and 2 being 4.30%, press 3 at 4.38%, and press 4 at 4.37%. The pressure on the screw press machine was 45-50 bar, with a residue temperature of 95°C, and the lifespan of the worm and screw press was 2190 hours. Based on the data above, the optimal pressure was found in screw press machines 1 and 2, with oil losses of 4.30%, a pressure of 45-50 bar, and a machine lifespan of 2190 hours. | en_US |
