Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behaviour. Metode yang digunakan metode kuantitatif dengan populasi 66 pegawai smapel 66 pegawai serta menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis yang digunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Sesuai dengan temuan dari analisis korelasi product moment terlihat bahwasanya ada hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Temuan ini diambil berdasarkan pada coefficient correlation rxy = 0,826 dengan taraf signifikansi p = 0,000 < 0,05. Koefisien determinasi (r2) keterkaitan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen ialah r2= 0,683. Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwasanya iklim organisasi mempunyai distribusi organizational citizenship behavior sebesar 68,3%. Pada penelitian ini iklim organisasi menunjukkan bahwasanya iklim organisasi di Universitas Harapan Medan ialah rendah, yang ditunjukkan dengan mean hipotetik skor (108) < mean empirik (95.83) dan selisihnya melebihi bilangan satu SD (11.287). Begitu juga variabel organizational citizenship behavior menunjukkan bahwasanya besarnya organizational citizenship behavior pegawai di Universitas Harapan Medan ialah rendah, dimana mean hipotetik (105) < mean empirik (93,15) dan selisihnya melebihi satu SD (11.257). The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior. The method used a quantitative method with a population of 66 employees, the sample 66 employees and used a total sampling technique. The analysis used product moment correlation analysis. In accordance with the findings of the product moment correlation analysis, it could be seen that there was a positive correlation between organizational climate and organizational citizenship behavior. This finding was taken based on the coefficient correlation rxy = 0.826 with a significance level of p = 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (r2) of the correlation between the independent variable and the dependent variable was r2 = 0.683. This showed that the organizational climate had a distribution of organizational citizenship behavior by 68.3%. In this study, the organizational climate showed that the organizational climate at Harapan University Medan was low, which was indicated by the hypothetical mean score (108) < empirical mean (95.83) and the difference exceeds the number one SD (11.287). Likewise, the organizational citizenship behavior variable showed that the amount of organizational citizenship behavior of employees at Harapan University Medan was low, where the hypothetical mean (105) < the empirical mean (93.15) and the difference exceeds one SD (11.257).
