dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan PT. TH Indo Plantation. Kepuasan kerja sebagai keadaan emosi baik yang menyenangkan maupun tidak menyenangkan terhadap situasi pekerjaannya. Semakin besar aspek-aspek dalam pekerjaan tersebut sesuai yang diinginkan dan dibutuhkan individu maka akan semakin tinggi kepuasan kerjanya. Untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja digunakan skala yang disusun berdasarkan aspek-aspek kepuasan kerja menurut Spector (2013) yaitu; (a) gaji, (b) promosi, (c) supervisi, (d) rekan kerja dan (e) pekerjaan itu sendiri. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. TH Indo Plantation yang berjumlah 130 orang karyawan. Sampel penelitian adalah 130 orang karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Total sampling adalah teknik pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dan skala kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan korelasi r product moment dapat diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif antara Leader Member Exchange (LMX) dengan kepuasan kerja dimana = 0,682 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 P < 0.05, artinya hipotesis yang diajukan bahwa semakin tinggi leader member exchange maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,465. Ini menunjukkan bahwa leader member exchange berkontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja 46,5%. Based on the results of the r product moment correlation calculation, it can be seen that there is a positive correlation between Leader Member Exchange (LMX) and job satisfaction where = 0.682 with a significant p = 0.000 P < 0.05, meaning the hypothesis proposed is that the higher the leader member exchange, the higher the job satisfaction. declared accepted.
