Pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Locus Of Control terhadap Minat Berwirausaha pada Karyawan Hotel Lariz Depari Medan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh self efficacy dan locus of control terhadap minat berwirausaha pada karyawan Hotel Lariz Depari baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Hotel Lariz Depari. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan jumlah 73 karyawan Hotel Lariz Depari. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, studi dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Analisis Regresi Liner Berganda, Uji Hipotesis (Uji t dan Uji F), dan Koefisien Determinasi. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program software SPSS (Statistic Package for the Social Sciens) versi 24.00. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan self efficacy dan locus of control terhadap minat berwirausaha pada karyawan Hotel Lariz Depari. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of selfefficacy and locus of control on entrepreneurial interest in Lariz Depari Hotel employees, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used in this research is an associative approach. The population in this study was the entire Lariz Depari Hotel. The sample in this study used a saturated sample with a total of 73 employees of Hotel Lariz Depari. Data collection techniques in this research used interview techniques, documentation studies, observations and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Hypothesis Test (t Test and F Test), and Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this research used the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) software program version 24.00. The results of this research prove that partially and simultaneously self-efficacy and locus of control influence entrepreneurial interest in Lariz Depari Hotel employees.
