dc.description.abstract | Masalah yang dihadapi dalam penelitian ini adalah kurangnya kesadaran karyawan untuk melibatkan diri dalam tugas di luar tanggung jawab pokok yang diberikan oleh perusahaan, yang berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada karyawan di PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Cabang Belmera Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif dan melibatkan 89 responden sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan OCB karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Ini terlihat dari koefisien korelasi rxy 0,673 dengan signifikan p= <0,001. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini pentingnya meningkatkan kesadaran dan motivasi kerja karyawan untuk mendukung perilaku organisasional yang lebih positif. The problem faced in this research is the lack of awareness of employees to involve themselves in tasks outside the main responsibilities given by the company, which has an impact on low work motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees at PT. Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. Belmera Medan Branch. This research used quantitative methods with a comparative approach and involved 89 respondents as samples. The research results show that there is a significant influence between work motivation and employee OCB in this company. This can be seen from the rxy correlation coefficient of 0.673 with a significant p= <0.001. The conclusion from this research is the importance of increasing employee work awareness and motivation to support more positive organizational behavior. | en_US |
