Rerata hipotetik variabel stres kerja sebesar 47,5 sedangkan rerata hipotetik variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 60,0. Rerata empirik variabel stres kerja sebesar 56,32 dan rerata empirik pada variabel motivasi kerja sebesar 49,28. This research aims to see whether work stress can influence work motivation among employees at music entertainment venues. The population of this study was employees and numbered 50 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling. Data was taken using a Likert scale, namely the work stress and work motivation scale. Based on the results of data analysis using the Likert scale method, it is known that there is a relationship between work stress and work motivation, seen from the coefficient of determination (R2) value of 0.454 with p=0.000 <0.05, based on data analysis, work stress contributes to work motivation of 21.50. % and there is a 78.50% role of other factors on work motivation. The hypothetical mean of the work stress variable is 47.5, while the hypothetical mean of the work motivation variable is 60.0. The empirical mean for the work stress variable is 56.32 and the empirical mean for the work motivation variable was 49.28.
