dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan perceived organizational support (POS) dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada pegawai di Puskesmas Medan Tuntungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78. Metode pengambilan sampel penelitian ini yaitu metode total sampling. Analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan software SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan Metode Analisis Korelasi r Product Moment, diketahui bahwa ada hubungan perceived organizational support (POS) dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dimana rxy = 0,656 dengan signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,050. Artinya semakin tinggi perceived organizational support (POS) maka semakin tinggi juga organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) Koefisien determinan (R2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar R2 = 0,430. Ini menunjukkan bahwa perceived organizational support (POS) berkontribusi atau memberikan sumbangsi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) sebesar 43%. The purpose of this research is to see the relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees at the Community Health Center Field of Benefits. The method used in this research is method quantitative. The population in this study was 78. Sampling method This research uses a total sampling method. The analysis in this research uses SPSS software assistance. Based on the results of analysis using the Correlation Analysis Method r Product Moment, it is known that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support (POS) with organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) where rxy = 0.656 with significant p = 0.000 < 0.050. This means that the higher the perceived organizational support (POS), the higher the organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) coefficient The determinant (R2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is of R2 = 0.430. This shows that perceived organizational support (POS) contribute or contribute to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) by 43%.en_US
