dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 41 karyawan yang bekerja di Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Sejalan dengan pembahasan yang terdapat di landasan teori, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan positif komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja karyawan di Kantor Dinas Penanaman Modal Dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Dengan asumsi semakin baik komunikasi organisasi karyawan, maka semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerja karyawan. Sebaliknya semakin buruk komunikasi organisasi maka semakin rendah pula kepuasan kerja karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Likert. Dalam menguji hipotesis yang diajukan maka dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Analisis Korelasi r Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan karyawan. Hasil ini diketahui dengan melihat nilai atau koefisien hubungan antara variabel F = 0,831 dengan nilai p (sig) = 0,605. Hal ini berarti hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu hubungan komunikasi organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja pada karyawan, diterima. This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational communication and employee job satisfaction at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services, Deli Serdang Regency. The sample in this study was 41 employees who worked at the Deli Serdang Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office. In line with the discussion contained in the theoretical basis, the hypothesis proposed in this research is that there is a positive relationship between organizational communication and employee job satisfaction at the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services, Deli Serdang Regency. Assuming that the better the employee's organizational communication, the higher the employee's job satisfaction. Conversely, the worse organizational communication, the lower employee job satisfaction. The data collection technique uses a Likert scale. In testing the proposed hypothesis, it is carried out using the r Product Moment Correlation Analysis technique. Based on the results of data analysis, it shows that there is a positive relationship between organizational communication and employee satisfaction. This result is known by looking at the value or coefficient of the relationship between the variables F = 0.831 with a p value (sig) = 0.605. This means that the hypothesis proposed, namely the relationship between organizational communication and employee job satisfaction among employees was accepted.en_US
