Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pendapatan usaha rengginang ubi kayu di Desa Pegajahan, Kecamatan Pegajahan dan mengetahui kelayakan usaha rengginang ubi kayu di Desa Pegajahan, Kecamatan Pegajahan. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Desa Pegajahan, Kecamatan Pegajahan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara sengaja (purposive), dengan pertimbangan daerah tersebut adalah tempat pembuatan rengginang Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Berdasarkan prasurvey populasi yang ditemukan kecil maka metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode sampling jenuh atau sensus yaitu keseluruhan populasi dijadikan sampel, sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 2 pengrajin rengginang ubi kayu. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan analisis R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan rengginang ubi kayu di desa Pegajahan, Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai sebesar Rp. 523.419,86/proses produksi. Usaha rengginang ubi kayu di daerah penelitian layak diusahakan dengan nilai R/C rasio sebesar 1,37. This study aims to determine the amount of cassava rengginang business income in Pegajahan Village, Pegajahan District and to determine the feasibility of cassava rengginang business in Pegajahan Village, Pegajahan District. The location of this research is in Pegajahan Village, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The research location was chosen purposively, with the consideration that the area is where rengginang is made, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Based on the pre-survey the population was found to be small, the method of determining the sample used was using the saturated sampling method or census, namely the entire population was sampled, so the number of samples in this study were 2 cassava rengginang craftsmen. Data analysis was done descriptively using R/C ratio analysis. The results showed that the average production cost of making cassava rengginang in the study area was Rp. 1,426,580,14/day. Revenue obtained from making cassava rengginang Rp. 1,950.000,00/day and the production cost is Rp. 1.426.580.14/day.
