dc.description.abstractKepuasan kerja merupakan aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan sumber daya manusia suatu organisasi, karena dengan kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan maka seseorang mampu bekerja secara maksimal. Perusahaan adalah segala jenis kegiatan yang berbentuk usaha dengan atau tanpa badan hukum, yang menggunakan atau mempekerjakan karyawan/pekerja. Upah sebenarnya merupakan salah satu syarat perjanjian kerja yang diatur antara pengusaha dan pekerja atau pekerja dan pemerintah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengupahan, tingkat kepuasan terhadap sistem pengupahan serta membandingkan tingkat kepuasan pekerja tetap dan pekerja harian dengan petani kelapa sawit rakyat di Dangguran Desa Kuta Karangan. Dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 48 pekerja yang meliputi 21 pekerja tetap dan 27 pekerja harian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS 26. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem pengupahan petani kelapa sawit rakyat di Dangguran Desa Kuta Karangan adalah gaji pokok, tunjangan beras, tunjangan hari raya, tunjangan cuti dan tantiem bagi pekerja tetap. Sedangkan untuk pekerja harian, ada gaji pokok, tunjangan hari raya, dan bonus. Dari hasil analisis diketahui tingkat kepuasan pekerja tetap dan pekerja harian terhadap gaji pokok, tingkat kepuasan pekerja tetap terhadap tunjangan beras, tingkat kepuasan pekerja tetap dan pekerja harian terhadap tunjangan hari raya, dan tingkat kepuasan pekerja tetap terhadap tunjangan hari raya. tingkat kepuasan pekerja tetap terhadap tunjangan cuti dan tingkat kepuasan pekerja tetap dan pekerja harian terhadap bonus dapat dikategorikan puas. Job satisfaction is an important aspect that needs to be considered in an effort to improve the human capabilities of an organization of resources, because with perceived job satisfaction, a person is able to work optimally. Companies are all types of activities in the form of businesses with or without legal entities, which use or employ employees/workers. Wages are actually one of the terms of the work agreement that is regulated by employers and employees or employees and the government. The purpose of this study was to determine the wage system, the level of satisfaction with the wage system and to compare the satisfaction levels of permanent workers and daily workers with smallholder oil palm farmers in Dangguran, Kuta Karangan Village. With a total sample taken of 48 workers including 21 permanent workers and 27 daily workers. The research method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS 26 application. Based on the results of the study, the wage system for smallholder oil palm farmers in Dangguran, Kuta Karangan Village, is a basic salary, rice allowance, holiday allowance, leave allowance and bonuses for permanent workers. As for daily workers, there is a basic salary, holiday allowance and bonuses. From the results of the analysis it is known that the level of satisfaction of permanent workers and daily workers with basic salary, the level of satisfaction of permanent workers with rice allowances, the level of satisfaction of permanent workers and daily workers with holiday allowances, the level of satisfaction of permanent workers with leave allowances and the level of satisfaction of permanent workers and workers daily for the bonus can be categorized as satisfied.en_US
