Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap Work engagement pada staff di Universitas Dharmawangsa Medan. Yang mana budaya organisasi adalah karakteristik suatu tempat dimana individu melakukan aktivitas kerja, sedangkan Work engagement adalah keadaan dimana seseorang merasa dirinya memiliki motivasi dalam pekerjaan sehingga mampu menerima segala masukan dan dukungan dari lingkungan kerja. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu terdapat pengaruh positif antara budaya organisasi terhadap Work engagement. Metode penelitian yang diadopsi yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Melalui teknik total sampling ditetapkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 55 orang. Penelitian mengadopsi skala likert melalui skala budaya organisasi dan skala Work engagement. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana sehingga berdasarkan hasil persamaan regresi Y= 2,662+0,953x dideskripsikan bahwa setiap meningkat satu satuan budaya organisasi maka akan meningkatkan Work engagement sebesar 0,953 satuan atau sebesar 95,3%. Hasil uji hipotesis menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat terdapat pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap Work engagement yang dibuktikan berdasarkan nilai F sebesar 1,382 dan sig 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima. Hasil koefisien determinan (r2) antara budaya organisasi dengan Work engagement yaitu r2 = 0,776, mendeskripsikan bahwa budaya organisasi memberi sumbangsih kepada Work engagement sebesar 77,6%, sisanya 22,4% terdapat faktor lain yang belum diteliti. Data analysis used simple regression analysis. and the regression equation Y = 2.662 + 0.953x indicated thaJfor every· one-unit increase in organizational culture, work engagement increased by 0.953 1111its. or 95.J~"' The hypothesis test results concluded that there is a sig11ifica11t e.ff«t of orga11izatio11al cultw·e 011 work engagement, as evidenced by an F l'alue of 1.381 and a sig11ifica11ce of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the acceptance of tire hypothesis. The coefficient of detei·minatio11 (r') between organizational culmre and work e11gageme11t was r1 = 0. 776, indicating that organizational culture contributes 77.6% to work engagement, with the remaining 22.4% at11ibured to other factors 1101 examined in this study. |
