dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi pada bagian produksi di PT. Industri Karet Deli. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 89 karyawan. Dengan menggunakan Rumus Slovin dengan kesalahan 5%. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan nilai Rxy = 0,721 dengan signifikansi P 0,000 < 0.010 bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasi. Begitu juga hasil koefesien determinan (R2) dimana mendapatkan hasil 0,520 atau setara dengan 52% maka dari itu persepsi dukungan organisasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 52% terhadap komitmen organisasi. Didapatkan dari hasil data empirik dimana persepsi dukungan organisasi 57,43 yang tergolong rendah dan komitmen organisasi 56,39 juga tergolong rendah, dimana nilai rata-rata hipotetik yang didapatkan adalah persepsi dukungan organisasi 67,5 dan komitmen organisasi 70. Sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor - faktor lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini. This research aimed to determine the correlation belween the perception oforganizational support and organizational commitment among production employees at PT. Industri Karet Deli.The sample used in this research consisted of89 employees, determined using the Slovin formula with a 5% margin oferror. The method applied in this research was quantitative. Based on the calculation, the value ofRw = 0.721 with a significance ofP 0.000< 0.010 indicated a positive correlation between the perception oforganizational support and organizational commitmeni. Similarly, the coefficient ofdetermination (R)showed a result of 0.520, or equivalent to 52%, meaning that the perception of organizational support contributed 52% to organizational commitment. The empirical data revealed that the perception of organizational support scored 57.43, calegorized as low,and organizational commitment scored 56.39. also categorized as low, while the hypothetical mean obtained was 67.5 for the perception oforganizational support and 70for organizational commitment. The remainingpercentage was influenced byother factors not mentioned in this research. | en_US |
