dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional pada guru SMA Harapan 1 Kota Medan. Hipotesis penelitian yaitu ada hubungan positif antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional. Sampel terdiri dari 35 orang guru di SMA Harapan 1 kota Medan dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan skala keadilan organisasi dan skala komitmen organisasional. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara keadilan organisasi dengan komitmen organisasional (r = 0,805, dengan signifikansi P = 0.000 < 0,05). Dengan demikian hipotesis penelitian dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinasi (r²) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar 0,647. Ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasi berkontribusi terhadap komitmen organisasional sebesar 64,7% sementara sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yg tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Analisis lanjutan menunjukan bahwa keadilan organisasi tergolong tinggi (mean hipotetik = 80, mean empirik = 101,4 dan standar deviasi = 15,7). Komitmen organisasional juga tergolong tinggi (mean hipotetik = 50, mean empirik = 63,4 dan standar deviasi = 10,04). This research aimed to determine whether there was a correlation between organizational justice and organizational commitment among teachers at SMA Harapan 1 Medan. The research hypothesis posited a positive correlation between organizational justice and organizational commitment. The sample consisted of 35teachers from SMA Harapan 1 Medan, selecied using a total sampling technique.Data were collected using the organizational justice scale and the organizational commitment scale. The data analysis method used was the product-moment correlationtest. The results showed a positive correlation between organizational justice and organizational commitment (r = 0.805, with a significance ofP=0.000<0.05). Thus, the research hypothesis was accepted. The determination coefficient (r2) of the correlation between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Ywas 0.647. This indicated that organizational justice contributed 64.7%to organizational commitment, while the remaining percentage was influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Further analysis showved that organizational justice was classified as high (hypothetical mean = 80, empirical mean = 101.4, and standard deviation = 15.7). Organizational commitment was also classified as high (hypothetical mean = 50, empirical mean = 63.4, and standard deviation = 10.04).en_US
