Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja pada perawat wanita di RSUD Langsa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat wanita pada RSUD Langsa berjumlah 313 perawat wanita dan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 orang perawat wanita. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan model skala likert dengan dua skala, yaitu skala stres kerja dan skala konflik peran ganda. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis korelasi product moment, dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan positif antara konflik peran ganda dengan stres kerja. Hasil ini dibuktikan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy =0,646, dengan Signifikan p<0.010. Dari hasil tersebut diperoleh Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah r2 = 0,417. Ini menunjukkan bahwa konflik peran ganda berdistribusi sebesar 41,7% terhadap stres kerja. Berdasarkan hasil uji mean dapat disimpulkan bahwa konflik peran ganda tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik sebesar 72,5 dan mean empiriknya sebesar 69,20. Selanjutnya, stres kerja dapat disimpulkan memperoleh hasil sedang dengan nilai hipotetik sebesar 65 dan nilai empiriknya sebesar 56,64. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa konflik peran ganda memiliki hubungan terhadap stres kerja pada perawat wanita di RSUD Langsa. This research aimed to determine the correlation between work family conflict and work stress among female nurses at RSUD Langsa. The population in this study consisted of 313 female nurses at RSUD Langsa, and the sample size was 70 female nurses. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale model with two scales: the work stress scale and the work family conflict scale.Based on the results ofthe product-moment correlation analysis, it was found that there was a positive correlation between work family conflict and work stress. This result was evidenced by the correlation coefficient rn = 0.646. with a significance ofp < 0.010From these results. the coefficient ofdetermination (r') from the correlation between the independent and dependent variables was r' = 0.417. This indicated that work family conflict contributed 41.7% to work stress. Based on the mean test results. it was concluded that work family conflict was in the moderate category, with a hypothetical mean value of72.5 and an empirical mean of69.20. Furthermore, work stress was also in the moderate category, with a hypothetical mean of65 and an empirical mean of56.64.From the results ofthis study. it was concluded that work family coflict correlated with work stress among female nurses at RSUD Langsa.
