dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen di Bioskop CGV Focal Point Medan. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear sederhana, penelitian ini melibatkan 85 responden. Skala kualitas layanan terdiri dari 21 aitem, dengan 20 aitem valid dan reliabilitas 0,928. Skala keputusan pembelian terdiri dari 24 aitem, dengan 22 aitem valid dan reliabilitas 0,909. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa data terdistribusi normal. Uji linearitas mengindikasikan hubungan linear signifikan antara kualitas layanan dan keputusan pembelian. Analisis regresi sederhana menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan kualitas layanan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai rxy = 0,691 dan p = 0,000. Koefisien determinasi (r^2) sebesar 0,477 menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berkontribusi 47,7% terhadap keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas layanan yang baik di Bioskop CGV Focal Point Medan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen, meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen melalui layanan yang responsif dan inovatif. This research analyzes the influence of service quality on decisions consumer purchases at the CGV Focal Point Medan Cinema. Using method quantitative and simple linear regression analysis, this research involved 85 respondents. The service quality scale consists of 21 items, with 20 valid items reliability 0.928. The purchasing decision scale consists of 24 items, with 22 valid items and reliability 0.909. The normality test results show that the data normally distributed. The linearity test indicates a significant linear relationship between service quality and purchasing decisions. Simple regression analysis shows a significant influence of service quality on purchasing decisions with a value of rxy = 0.691 and p = 0.000. The coefficient of determination (r^2) is 0.477 shows that service quality contributes 47.7% to the decision purchase. This research concludes that service quality is good in The CGV Focal Point Medan Cinema had a significant influence on the decision consumer purchases, increasing consumer satisfaction and loyalty through responsive and innovative services.en_US
