dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara employee creativity dan orientasi inovasi dengan kinerja karyawan PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk Group Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu terdapat hubungan antara employee creativity dan orientasi inovasi dengan kinerja. Populasi sebanyak 100 karyawan dan sampel sebanyak 50 karyawan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian mengadopsi dua jenis skala yaitu skala likert dan skala semantic. Hasil perhitungan pada hubungan antara employee creativity dan orientasi inovasi dengan kinerja memperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,548 dan 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara employee creativity dan orientasi inovasi dengan kinerja, maka hipotesis yang diajukan diterima dan telah terbukti kebenarannya. Hasil nilai koefisien determinasi (r2) dari hubungan antara employee creativity dan orientasi inovasi dengan kinerja karyawan sebesar 0,300, sehingga employee creativity dan orientasi inovasi dengan kinerja karyawan mampu memberikan sumbangan efektif senilai 30,0%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 70,0% terdapat faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. This rescarch aimed to determine the correlasion betweent employee creativity and innovation orientation with the performonce of employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Thk Group Medan. The proposed lnpothesis was that there is a correlation betwern cmptored creaivity and innovation orientation with performance. The population consisted of 100 employees, and the sumple was 50employees selected using purposivc sumpling. The study adopied tvo types of scales, namely the Likert scale and the semontic scale. The calculation results on the correlation hetween employee creativity and innovation orientation with perjormance obtained a correlation coefficient value irni of 0.548 and 0.0000.05. thus it was concluded that there was a correlation beween employee creativity and innovation orientation with performance. The prupased hypothesis was accepted and proven to be true. The coefficient of determination (r') from the correlation between employee creativity and innovation orientation with employee performonce was 0.300, indieuting that employee creativity and innovation orientation contributed effectively by 30.0%s to employee performance, while the remaining 70.0% was attributed to other factors not explained in this research.en_US
