dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada personel TNI di Lembaga pemasyarakatan militer I medan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 45 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Total Sampling. Adapun instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala yakni skala budaya organisasi dan skala produktivitas kerja. Teknik analisis menggunakan Teknik Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa koefisien rxy= 0,696 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000 (p<0,05). Artinya terdapat pengaruh antara budaya organisasi terhadap produktivitas kerja pada personel TNI di Lembaga pemasyarakatan militer I medan. adalah r2= 0,484 nilai Koefisien konstanta dari pengaruh antara variabel bebas X dan variabel terikat Y, artinya 48,4% produktivitas kerja dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi. Sedangkan sisanya sebesar 51,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dengan kata lain hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. This study aimed to delermine the influence of orgunizational culture on work productivity among TNI personnel at Military Prison I Medan. The research sample consisted of45 individuals. The sampling technique used in this studywas Total Sampling. The research instruments included two scales, namely the organizational culture scale and the work produclivity scale. The analysis technique used was Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of the study showed that the coefficient rwy - 0.696 with a significance ofp - 0.000 (p< 0.05).This indicated that there was an influence of organizational culture on work productivity among TNI personnel at Military Prison I Medan. The coefficient of determination (r2) was 0.484, meaning that 48.4% of work productivity was influenced by organizational culture, while the remaining 51.6% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
