This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational climate and employee morale at PLN Padang Sidimpuan City. The population in this study was all PLN Padang Sidimpuan City employees totaling 60 employees and the total sample in this study was 60 employees. The sampling technique used was total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a Likert scale model with two scales, namely the organizational climate scale and the work morale scale. Based on the results of product moment correlation analysis calculations, it can be seen that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and work morale. This can be seen from the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.533 with a significant p = 0.000 < 0.010. From these results, the determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2 = 0.285. This shows that organizational climate has a distribution of 28.5% on work morale. Based on the results of the mean test, it can be concluded that the organizational climate is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 100 and an empirical mean of 113,950. Furthermore, work enthusiasm can be concluded to obtain moderate results with a hypothetical value of 55 and an empirical value of 65,550. From the results of this research it can be concluded that organizational climate has a relationship with employee morale at PLN Padang Sidimpuan City.en_US
