dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi burnout syndrome pada guru MTS Al-Washliyah 16 Perbaungan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasinya adalah guru MTS Al-Washliyah 16 Perbaungan yang berjumlah 67 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Total Sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 67 guru dari lembaga tersebut. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala untuk mengukur faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sindrom burnout yang dinilai melalui skala Likert. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan rumus P% atau persentase faktor. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi sindrom burnout pada guru MTS Al-Washliyah 16 Perbaungan: Faktor Upaya Organisasi sebesar 35,68%, Lingkungan Kerja sebesar 32,51%, dan Faktor Upaya Individu sebesar 31,81%. Disimpulkan bahwa faktor yang memberikan kontribusi tertinggi terhadap burnout syndrome pada guru MTS Al-Washliyah 16 Perbaungan adalah Faktor Organizational Effort sebesar 35,68%, sedangkan faktor yang memberikan kontribusi terendah adalah Faktor Individual Effort sebesar 31,81%. This research aimed to analyze the factors that influence burnout syndrome among leachers at MTS Al-Washliyah 16 Perbaungan. The study utilized a descriptive quantitative method. The population consisted of 67 teachers al MTS Al-Washliyah 16 Perbaungan, The sampling technique employed was Total Sampling, resulting in a sample of 67 teachers from the institute. Data collection was conducted using a scale to measure factors influencing burnout syndrome, assessed through a Likert scale. The analysis method used was descriptive analysis with the P% formula or percentage of factors. Based on the analysis results, the study found that there were three factors influencing burnout syndrome among leachers in MTS Al-Washliyah 16 Perbaungan: Organizational Effort Factors at 35.68%, Work Environment at 32.51%, and Individual Effort Factors at 31.81%. it is concluded that the highest contributing factor to burnout syndrome among teachers al MTS Al-Washliyah 16 Perbaungan is Organizational Effort Factors at 35.68%, while the lowest contributing factor is Individual Effort Factors at 31.81%.en_US
